Post pandemic posting (and traveling) has begun. Trying to knock the rust off of my old blogging skills. Here goes.
We escape the brutal Texas heat for the 65 degrees weather of the Monterey Peninsula. A tiny cottage in Pacific Grove was our base for a nice little getaway.
Monterey Aquarium, hiking along the Coastal Trail, Point Lobo and snooping the neighborhoods of Carmel. All that plus taking advantage of farmer’s markets and fine dining.
And then waiting for our flight home from the best little airport in California, Monterey Regional .
