Sorry for sporadic posting but we have been limited by bandwidth availability. Both internet, but mostly our own. The camps Wifi makes it difficult to post a lot of media files. You have access, but not much bandwidth, you can understand since the infrastructure to support such dispersed locations is just not available. But we haven’t had much time to even look at the photos we are taking much less process. For example, this morning I got up 15 minutes early (4:45 am) to grab some time before we load up for our game drive at 6 am We have them pack breakfast and lunch, do that in the bush, and everything else if you get my drift ( polite terms are marking territory for men or picking flowers for women), then we return to camp at dark. Day before yesterday it was 15 minutes past dark because we found two cheetahs right as we were entering the camp turn-off. We then unload, shower and head out to “Bush TV” a campfire for sundowners, G&Ts, conversation with our camp colleagues, dinner and by then it’s 10pm and time to get escorted back to the tent for sleep. Rinse and repeat and my oh my have we got some pictures to share. Great day yesterday, we got to see our first two crossings across the Mara River. More to follow when we can
